Care of  Bamboo Furniture

Bamboo is strong and durable but does require some maintenance. If kept outside bamboo furniture should be coated every year with a polyurethane to protect the bamboo. Bamboo does tend to mildew if it's in a moist or wet area. To clean, mix 50/50 bleach and water, spray and wipe clean. In states with cold snowy winters it's strongly recommended that your bamboo furniture be stored away for the season.
