We bring an easy & fast shopping experience to the internet by using third party shippers we are able to sell items at reasonably lower price. We deal with quality reputable companies, such as Amazon for affiliate shopping. We do the research for the consumer and create web sites that bring associated items together. Items found on our Bamboo Tiki Bars & Furniture page can be purchased directly from us and we accept Paypal as payment. When you click on the Paypal link you will receive instructions on how to pay. Returns: Items purchased through Amazon, please see Amazon return policy. Bamboo items purchased from Tiki Bar Central can be returned within seven days of purchase. Please email us and we will issue an RA number. Palm Trees, Tropical Birds and Planters cannot be returned. If palm trees are received damaged, please take a picture of the damaged product and email it to us for review. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns and cancelled orders. Cypress Tiki Huts, bars, furniture, mosaics , handmade mirrors and tropical plants & trees cannot be returned, they are made to order. Please contact us with any questions. Portable Tiki Bars can be returned within 7 days of receiving product. A refund will be made minus all shipping charges. Please call with any UPS damages for replacements on damaged parts. Tropical artwork. Island Escape Tiki Bars can be returned within 7 days of purchase with a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items with item number starting "hg" cannot be returned. PLEASE BE SURE ABOUT YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PLACE IT. Shipping is very expensive with the current fuel charges and all returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping: Items purchased through Amazon, please see Amazon shipping policy. Items on the Bamboo Tiki Bars & Furniture page will be shipped from CA & FL  within 2 - 5 business days. Larger items will be shipped freight. Please contact us immediately if items are received damaged. Some items ship within 5 - 10 business days, if you need the item in a hurry please let us know and we will try to ship asap or you can pay for 2 day or overnight shipping. In no event will Tiki Bar Central be liable for any loss or damaged items during shipping but will assist in filing a report  with the carrier that has made the delivery. Cypress Tiki Bars & Huts will be delivered to your home or business anywhere within the continental USA by the builder. Please see the shipping chart for prices. Due to shipping dead zones, additional charges may apply. *Shipping costs not included and will be added to your cart. Some items require a shipping quote. Please contact if ordering multiple items to save on shipping costs. We ship only to the contiguous United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico and Canada. Additional shipping charges may apply. You will be contacted if your location requires an additional charge due to shipping "dead zones".
